Sump Pump Repair, Maintenance, Replacement and Installation – DuPage County, Naperville & Surrounding Areas
Plus our expert sump pump technicians are professional, courteous, and honest. We’ll respect your home as if it were our own. We’ll never make a sump pump repair or replacement without explaining the issue in full, providing options for you to decide on, and gaining your approval before we begin. Why do you have a sump pump?A sump pump is installed in a sump pit, or basin which is typically located in the lowest level of the home, often the basement. The pit collects water that comes from the natural water table level beneath the home, and at times from rainfall, snow melting, or flooding from outside of the home. The pump discharges the water from the sump pit to the outside of the home into a drainage system in order to take the water away from the home and prevent flooding. This whole process is necessary to keep the foundation dry, reduce the risk of water entering the basement, and to lower the level of humidity in the home, preventing mold and mildew. Sump Pump MaintenanceYour sump pump system should be tested yearly. There are several components to your sump pump system or backup that we can verify are working properly, and that are installed correctly to ensure that you are prepared for that heavy rain or snow melt. Sump pumps like any other mechanical device will fail at some point requiring a repair, replacement or new installation. The cost can vary. Lucky for you, we can help prevent your home from flooding by proactive inspections, equipment sizing, and installations.
