Once we figure out what’s going on, here’s what will happen:
- We’ll tell you what’s wrong.
- We’ll give you the options to repair it.
- We’ll waive the diagnostic fee, if you want to do the repair on the spot.* (If we don’t have the parts on the AWEsome yellow truck, we’ll waive the fee when we come back to do the repair.)
